So why aren't more estate agents focusing on the more expensive properties? The reason is simple. They are careful about how they spend their money, which in many cases, is how they got rich in the first place. They're spending a lot of money on this house, so they should get what they're paying for, and they can be short with their words because their time is valuable. But frankly, I don't agree with New York Magazine or the research behind their article. I have found that most wealthy people are great people.
